About Jeff LeDuff

Jeff LeDuff is a retired Physical Education teacher from Lancaster High School in Lancaster, California. He has 32 years of teaching experience, with a Master's Degree in Physical Education.
He is a Certified Master Fitness Trainer and a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Federation of Professional Trainers(NFPT). He is also a Certified Master Trainer, Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Specialist in Strength and Conditioning and Certified Nutritionist with the International Sports Science Association (ISSA). He is a Certified Performance Enhancement specialist with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
Level-1 USA Weightlifting Coach, Certified Youth Athletic Assessment Specialist, and Certified Speed and Agility Specialist with the International Youth Conditioning Association (IYCA). Jeff has been member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association for 35 years.
During Jeff's 32 years of coaching experience he’s coached Varsity Football, Volleyball, and Track & Field. He started and developed Strength and Conditioning programs at various High Schools in California, including Eastside High School Football, Palmdale High School Volleyball, and Lancaster High School Weightlifting Class.
Jeff is the former director of the “Strength and Speed Development Clinics,” where he worked alongside strength and conditioning coaches at the Professional and Collegiate level in the areas of baseball, football, and basketball. The clinic presented and demonstrated the various aspects of strength and conditioning techniques to Junior High and High School athletes.
He is the current owner of Athletic Performance Systems, a business that is devoted to “Making Athletes Better”. Athletic Performance Systems designs strength training workout programs, nutrition profiles, and video analysis for a variety of sports and individual athletes.
