About Jeff LeDuff

Jeff LeDuff is a Physical Education teacher at Lancaster High School in Lancaster, California. He has 25 years of teaching experience, with a Master's Degree in Physical Education. He is a certified Level-1 USA Weightlifting coach, and a Certified Volleyball Conditioning Specialist through the United States Volleyball Association. Jeff has been member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association for 27 years.
During Jeff's 25 years of coaching experience he’s coached Varsity Football, Volleyball, and Track & Field. He started and developed Strength and Conditioning programs at various High Schools in California, including Eastside High School Football, Palmdale High School Volleyball, and Lancaster High School Weightlifting Class.
Jeff is the former director of the “Strength and Speed Development Clinics,” where he worked alongside strength and conditioning coaches at the Professional and Collegiate level in the areas of baseball, football, and basketball. The clinic presented and demonstrated the various aspects of strength and conditioning techniques to Junior High and High School athletes.
He is the current owner of Athletic Performance Systems, a business that is devoted to “Making Athletes Better”. Athletic Performance Systems designs strength training workout programs, nutrition profiles, and video analysis for a variety of sports and individual athletes.
